Job Summary:

As a Client Marketing Specialist at Quantumatiq, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that support clients' business growth and brand awareness. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique marketing needs, help them navigate digital and traditional marketing channels, and implement campaigns that drive measurable results. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven marketing to deliver solutions that align with clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their marketing needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement customized marketing strategies that align with clients’ brand goals and target audience. These strategies may include content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media management, email campaigns, and more.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Brand Positioning: Help clients develop and refine their brand messaging and positioning to stand out in their industry.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, landing pages, email marketing materials, and social media assets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all marketing-related matters, building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights and advice to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design, product) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that support client growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or B2B setting, with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or social media marketing are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, traditional).
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
    • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
