Job Summary:

The Client Strategy Specialist at Quantumatiq plays a key role in helping businesses grow and scale by providing strategic advice and tailored solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique challenges, assess their business needs, and recommend the most appropriate services or strategies, including financial advisory, operational support, and trade line solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present tailored business strategies, leveraging Quantumatiq’s services, including trade lines, business mentorship, operational support, and more.
  • Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to customize service plans based on their unique business requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze client financials, operations, and market positioning to provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the implementation and success of recommended strategies, adjusting as needed to ensure client success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure alignment across client strategies.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and emerging business solutions that can benefit clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business strategy, consulting, or client advisory roles, preferably in B2B services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
